The room was brand-new and tidy with a hairdryer, terry cloth bathrobes, and shower caps in the en suite bathroom. The hotel had magnificent location right by the travel route, and the restaurant. Furthermore, very close to the nice riverfront.

My stay at Hotel Rheinbrucke was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing assistance when I accidentally left my luggage behind. The hotel's location near the train station made it convenient for exploring Basel. For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Despite the hotel's out-of-the-way location on an industrial park, it was surprisingly close to a regional train station, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and comfortable amenities. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel us for the day ahead. the friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable by providing laundry services and offering assistance when needed.

Our stay was marred by incompetent staff who couldn't seem to provide adequate service or even basic necessities.

The rooms were large and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi, and included a continental breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was great. we found the outside space perfect for enjoying a drink in the mild weather.

The hotel was a bit isolated, and even though we were there during the New Year festivities, we found ourselves without activities or amenities nearby. The lack of English translations in guest information was also a downside, as it made it hard to navigate the accommodations.
